Easter Basket for Baby

Easter is just around the corner and while your baby may be tiny, they definitely deserve a gift from the Easter Bunny.

You probably don’t want to be stuffing your sweet little babe full of candy, so we’ve come up with some great ideas to include in the basket.

The Teething Egg– This rubbery little egg comes in several colors and has a shaker inside for additional sensory play. It’s designed to be easy to pick up for chubby little hands, and offers babies great relief while teething.

Egg Maracas Shaker Rattles are adorably painted wooden eggs. Babies will love the gentle noise that comes from playing with these shakers.

Who doesn’t look a great board book to read, and, of course, chew on? Check out Ollie’s Easter Eggs for sweet little pictures of Gossie, Gertie, BooBoo, and Peedie are all dyeing Easter eggs, and little Ollie trying to get in on the fun.

Bath toys get pretty grimy pretty quickly, consider replacing your old toys with these cute little sea turtles. They are a wind up toy that will swim around your little one in the bath tub.

We also think these reusable swim diapers are a great choice for the basket. In a variety of colors and patterns, these diapers look great alone or under a suit. And, they’re actually pretty leak proof, unlike the disposable kind.

Finally, you’ll need something to put all of these goodies in for Easter morning. We’ve used these Pottery Barn baskets for more than 8 years, and they’re holding up beautifully.

Pro Tip: DO NOT buy Easter grass. That stuff gets everywhere. Instead, buy tissue paper to stuff in the bottom of your basket.
